I think Arantxa has to be considered an elite in her era because she was the only one other then Graf and Seles to win the French Open three times. Arantxa was also the only woman to defeat both Graf and Seles in slam finals. You have to give Arantxa credit she wasn't as tall as Jennifer but she was much more mentally strong. Also Jennifer only won 14 WTA titles and Arantxa won 29 a huge difference.

Poor Capriati she lost to Seles in 92, henin in 2003, and dementieva in 04 ALL 7-6 in the third and she also lost to venus in 01 in the semis

You are right Jennifer is not one of the elite champions but neither is Sanchez Vicario. They are not even in the league of players like Seles or the Williams even, so stop talking about Sanchez like she is at a much higher level then Capriati. They are in the same group, and you are delusional about how great Sanchez supposably is.

Venus dominated Capriati she has a 4-0 record against her. Serena also leads Capriati in their head to head. Aranxta also has a winning head to headf 6-4 against Capriati as well. Capriati was good but she definitely was NOT one of the elite champions.

i like Graf and Seles, probably the best two of all time but dont forget Jen defeated Steffi at the olympics while she was at her best, so, yes, she could have won a few more!
